Warrior Boots - Conceal
Early
Warrior Boots - Conceal gives Tigreal essential early physical defense and movement speed. The Conceal active skill allows him to stealthily close the gap on unsuspecting targets, setting up devastating combos with Sacred Hammer and Implosion without revealing his approach on the map. This mobility patches his lack of long-range engages and ensures teamfights start on his terms.
In-game passive Active Skill - Conceal: Success
Dominance Ice provides crucial physical defense while its Unique Passive Arctic Cold reduces the Attack Speed of nearby enemies. Because Tigreal must dive deep into enemy formations using Sacred Hammer, this aura constantly debuffs surrounding physical damage dealers. It complements his Fearless passive by further weakening basic attack threats during crucial early objective contests around the Turtle.
In-game passive Unique Passive - Arctic Cold: Reduces the Attack Speed of nearby enemy heroes to 70% of normal.
While Fearless blocks incoming basic attacks, Tigreal remains vulnerable to heavy physical skill damage. Antique Cuirass covers this flaw through its Unique Passive Deter, which reduces the attacker's Physical Damage whenever Tigreal is struck by a skill. This allows him to withstand heavy ability hits while channeling Implosion, ensuring he completes his massive crowd control setup safely.
In-game passive Unique Passive - Deter: When hit by a skill, reduces the attacker's Physical Damage by 4% for 2s (this effect stacks up to 3 times).
Tigreal has no innate magic resistance in his kit, making magic burst a lethal threat when invading or initiating. Athena's Shield grants massive Magic Damage Reduction via its Unique Passive Shield upon taking magic damage. This protection prevents high-burst mages from wiping him out before or during his Implosion channel, giving his team ample time to follow up on his crowd control.
In-game passive Unique Passive - Shield: Upon taking Magic Damage, gains 25% Magic Damage Reduction for 3s (applied before taking damage). Regains this effect 5s after leaving combat.
During late-game clashes around the Lord, being the primary initiator means Tigreal often absorbs all enemy ultimate abilities. Immortality gives him a critical second chance via its Unique Passive Immortal, reviving him after death with fresh Max HP and a protective shield. This allows him to re-engage, use Attack Wave to slow fleeing targets, or push enemies with Sacred Hammer twice in one fight.
In-game passive Unique Passive - Immortal: Revives 2.5s after death, gaining 16% Max HP and a 220-1200 shield (scales with level) that lasts 3s (210s cooldown).
Cursed Helmet rounds out Tigreal's defenses while solving his low base damage. Its Unique Passive Burning Soul constantly burns nearby enemies for a percentage of his Max HP as Magic Damage. Since Implosion and Sacred Hammer group enemies tightly around Tigreal, Burning Soul hits multiple targets simultaneously, significantly aiding wave clear and helping his team melt clustered foes during prolonged brawls.
In-game passive Unique Passive - Burning Soul: Deals Magic Damage equal to 0.6% of the hero's Max HP per second to nearby enemies. This damage is increased by 140% to 350% against creeps and minions (scales with level).
